Agenda:

Day 1 – Saturday, November 1, 2025: Depart for Brazil

Depart from Miami, FL to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.

Day 2 – Sunday, November 2: Arrive in Rio de Janeiro

Arrive in vibrant Rio de Janeiro. Transfer to hotel and attend a welcome meeting at 5 PM. Enjoy dinner at a traditional Brazilian Churrascaria.

Day 3 – Monday, November 3: Tour of Corcovado Mountain

Ride a scenic cog railway to the summit of Corcovado to see the Christ the Redeemer statue. Enjoy 360° views and a tour along Copacabana and Ipanema beaches.

Day 4 – Tuesday, November 4: Sugar Loaf Mountain

Visit key landmarks of downtown Rio before taking two cable cars to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain for panoramic views. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 5 – Wednesday, November 5: Fly to Iguassu

Fly to Iguassu and visit the Brazilian side of the Falls. Cross into Argentina for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 – Thursday, November 6: Argentinean Falls

Ride a rail car to the Upper Circuit, then walk to Devil's Gorge. Explore Iguazu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Note: Expect uneven paths, stairs, and misty surfaces.

Day 7 – Friday, November 7: Fly to Buenos Aires

Enjoy leisure time before flying to Buenos Aires. Evening at leisure after check-in.

Day 8 – Saturday, November 8: Buenos Aires City Tour & Tango Show

Visit Plaza de Mayo, Casa Rosada, La Boca, San Telmo, and Recoleta Cemetery. Afternoon free for shopping. Evening tango lesson and performance with dinner.

Day 9 – Sunday, November 9: FAREWELL DINNER

F ree time in Buenos Aires, revisit some of your favorite places in the city today, shop for leatherwear and designer clothes. Farewell dinner this evening.

Day 10 – Monday, November 10: Depart Argentina

Free morning followed by transfer to airport for return flight to Miami (arrives next day).

Notes:

  • Pace: Expect 3–4 hours of walking per touring day, including time standing.
  • Terrain: Uneven and potentially slippery paths, particularly at the Falls.

Brazil Visa:

Starting April 10, 2025, U.S. and Canadian citizens will need a visa to enter Brazil for tourism and business purposes (no visa is needed for Argentina). For eligible applicants, the e-visa application can be completed online through  https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/ You can add multiple people to a single application. Cost is $80.90 per person.

You will need to upload the following:

  • Photo of the bio page of your passport
  • Headshot without glasses on a white background
  • Trip Itinerary - you can download a copy here

We will arrive in Brazil on 11/2/25 and depart on 11/5/25

Note - after submitting payment the website may return to the login screen.  The visa website says that can take two hours for the payment to be processed.  You can track progress on the same website link above.
