Rent a Kayak or Paddle Board, bring your own, or just take the ferry!  Bring your snorkel!  Pack a lunch!

Something for everyone!  You can rent a kayak or paddleboard or just take the ferry over to Peanut Island for a fun day at a beautiful beach with super shallow snorkeling. (See picture - those rocks are where you snorkel, and there are lots of cute colorful fish!)  Bring a packed lunch and we can eat on the beach when we get hungry.  There are 3 kayak & paddleboard rental companies (listed below) that all launch from Bicentennial Park, or you can bring your own.  The ferry is also located in Bicentennial Park and opens at 10 am.

Parking is available (no cost) and the ferry is a 10 minute boat ride to Peanut Island ($18/person for the ferry).  We will plan to meet on the beach in front of the snorkel rocks.  The ferry runs every 25 minutes from 10AM-5PM.  You can bring beach chairs and coolers on the ferry.  Hope to see you there!
