Waiver
I/we acknowledge that I/we have read, understand and consent to the following Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy: $25 per person plus any non-recoverable costs. Trip participant may provide acceptable, eligible alternative (eg. gender related problems associated with bed space distribution), to offset non-recoverable costs. Send written cancellation request to Trip Leader. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE Cancellation terms. All members eighteen and over must sign.

Payment Information
NOTE: Trip price does not include lift tickets. Trip insurance is highly recommended; ask your trip leader for information. Our trips have non-cancellation policies and you should not assume you will be able to obtain a refund from the club for deposits or trip payments. Details are in the Terms and Conditions. If you have not paid dues this year, include Membership Application and separate payment to the club Treasurer, as well.
